Where We Obtain Agency Contact Details
Where you are a contact at an education agency, we may hold your business contact details without having obtained them from you directly. We obtain them from publicly available and industry sources, including subscription industry directories, accreditation and quality-assurance schemes, national and international trade association member registers, self-listing agency directories, and our own records of previous contact. We use them to introduce StudyMarket to agencies whose business is placing students with education providers. You can ask us at any time what we hold, where we obtained it, and to stop contacting you.

This means each user:
- determines its own purposes and means of processing

- must provide appropriate privacy information where required
- must process personal data lawfully and fairly
Users must only use shared personal data for legitimate business relationship and partnership purposes.

- Airtable, CRM and lead enrichment data storage
- Google Maps, address and location autocomplete
- Google Analytics 4, site usage analytics (only with your cookie consent)
- Deepgram, voice-to-text transcription for proposal notes
- Sentry, error monitoring and diagnostics
- Vercel, application hosting and file storage
- Anthropic, AI-assisted features (e.g. proposal drafting)
- Woodpecker, outbound email campaign delivery
- Brevo, marketing email and contact management
- MillionVerifier, Email address verification
- DeepL, translation of dynamic content and proposal fields into other languages
- Bunny.net, image hosting for AI-extracted programme images and generated partner certificates
These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it appropriately.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose personal data where required to:

- respond to legal requests

- investigate fraud or misuse
5.4 Business Transfers

- European Union: Brevo, DeepL (Germany), Bunny.net (Germany)
Transfers to these providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, UK adequacy mechanisms, or another lawful transfer mechanism applicable to that provider, as required by UK GDPR.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide and operate the Platform
- evaluate and improve the pilot
- comply with legal obligations
- resolve disputes
- enforce agreements
When personal data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
