When do paid plans start?
Paid plans are planned to launch in 2027. During the 2026 pilot, all features are completely free for every user.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-year, you only pay for the remaining period.
What are Spotlight Posts?
Spotlight Posts let providers publish updates, highlights, and promotions into the marketplace feed, giving programmes extra visibility with agents who are actively browsing.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. Annual plans are billed yearly and monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
